High quality products have always been the goal of our efforts. Not producing or delivering poor quality products has always been the principle we insist in production activities.
In order to achieve the goal, we strictly enforce the following standards:
1, confirm the production elements before production (include equipment checking, parts confirmation, auxiliary confirmation, tools confirmation and equipment temperature and procedures confirmation)
2, first sample confirmation ( the confirmation on the first product manufactured in present batch and confirm if its state is okay)
3, confirm the changes of every factor in the process of production(include parts replacement, auxiliary adding and staff changes)
4, quality inspection of every product after production ( use AOI, manual inspection and FCT)
5, FQC inspection on the finished goods before packing
6, shipment inspection before delivery
In order to ensure about the correctness of the inspection and reduce the reliability on manual check, we has introduced X ray inspection machine, Omron AOI to improve the inspection speed and accuracy and also has designed and developed the software by ourselves to confirm the correctness of the parts, auxiliary, materials, tools, procedures, and processing standards used in the production.
For necessary products, we have independently designed and developed the production scanning system to record the production process information of every product to ensure about the traceability of the production process when necessary.
In order to improve the management system and ensure about the product quality, our company has positively responded and successfully obtained following certificates:
ISO9001 system certificate in October of 2005;
ISO14001 system certificate in August of 2006;
TS16949 system certificate in July of 2013;
QHB certificate of TOYOTA in March of 2014;
QAV certificate of HONDA in May of 2015;
AQAS certificate of SONY in September of 2015;
Cost control is the most direct means of competition for enterprises.
In the aspect of procurement, we rely on the adjustment points of group (Japan, HK, South China, East China, Thailand), and has established the most appropriate procurement system to make the cost of raw materials optimize.
In the aspect of production, as the EMS manufacturer, in order to improve the direct competitiveness, we have always been cutting down on “seven wastes” and integrate the consciousness of reducing cost into the work.

In order to ensure about the delivery term of products, we have been equipped with reasonable production lines scale.
The company currently has 11 SMT production lines, which include the high speed universal SMT machines of Panasonic CM602、DT401、CM101、BM231 and high precision printing machines of SP60/80 and high speed universal SMT machines of Yamaha YS24、YS12F、YSP and high precision printing machines of YGP、YSP and the inserting machines of JVK3、AVK3、RHSG、RG131.
In addition, there are also 5 lines of manual production lines and other 11 assembly lines. The total production capacity of our company could reach 170 million per month.
What’s more, in order to correspond to the changes of production capacity, we regularly assess the production capacity per month and make strategies in advance according to the practical situation to ensure about on time production and delivery term.
